Pest Control Technician
Location: Woodinville, WA (Note: Training, meetings, material restocking, and other report-to-office situations take place here)
We will train you to become an entry-level pest control technician! We seek a production-driven, customer service-oriented person to join our team. This role involves completing a regular service route, obtaining your WSDA operator’s license through education, and upholding the high standards of customer service and quality that our clients expect.

A Typical Day as a Pest Control Technician
Drive Responsibly: Safely navigate to client homes or businesses within scheduled appointment windows.
Prepare Thoroughly: Organize your company vehicle, schedule, and necessary supplies in advance to ensure smooth operations.
Proactive Communication: Engage with customers and team members through various channels to provide updates and receive feedback.
Install Monitoring Systems: Set up electronic rodent monitoring systems to track and manage pest activity effectively.
Apply Treatments: Apply pesticides, clean out, and re-bait protection stations at residential and commercial locations.
Conduct Evaluations: Perform exterior inspections to identify pest activity and conducive conditions and conduct limited wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections.
Inspect Attics and Crawlspaces: Thoroughly check these areas for signs of pest activity and potential entry points.
Maintain Equipment: Keep your assigned work materials and tools clean and operational.
Record Accurate Notes: Promptly document detailed digital notes for each customer interaction.
Complete Daily Tasks: Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed efficiently and effectively daily.
Key Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to carry and operate a 2–4-gallon sprayer.
Proficiency in installing electronic devices.
Comfortable working from heights and in confined spaces.
Comfortable entering attics or crawlspaces where it may require you to bend, twist, or kneel.
Valid driver’s license and an insurable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Availability to work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet deadlines.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $25-32 per hour, depending on experience.
