Role Description:

The Pest Control Technician will perform inspections, treatments, and pest management services for residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Technicians will also engage directly with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be over 18 years of age

Ability to pass a background check

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities as a Pest Control Technician at Flex Pest Control:

Perform thorough inspections and treatments of residential properties for a variety of pests

Utilize pest control products and equipment in a safe and effective manner

Maintain accurate records of all inspections and treatments

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, addressing concerns and offering recommendations

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Competitive hourly pay: $16-$18 per hour

Work Schedule:

Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8-10 hours per day

Occasional Saturdays may be required
