Key Responsibilities:
Sales Expertise: Leverage your sales skills to identify and secure opportunities for our pest and wildlife control services with both residential and commercial clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Solution Selling: Develop and present customized proposals that effectively communicate the value of our pest and wildlife control services.
Field Experience: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services by working in the field for at least one week, especially if you lack prior experience in pest or wildlife control.
Networking: Actively network with potential lead sources to generate new business opportunities. Establish and maintain connections with industry partners and referral sources.
Goal Achievement: Meet set sales targets and goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to success and accountability.
Continuous Improvement: Engage in self-development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in pest control, wildlife management, or a related industry.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Drug-Free Workplace: Must be willing to undergo random drug testing.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets independently, with a strong drive to excel.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
Base + Commission Pay Structure: Willingness to work on a base salary plus commission pay structure, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
Field Training Willingness: Willingness to participate in field training to gain practical experience and a thorough understanding of our services.
