Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Pet Care Specialist

Hot Diggity Dog Resort is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Pet Care Specialist. Position Overview:

As a CSR & Pet Care Specialist, you will be the friendly face and voice of our resort, assisting customers with their inquiries, reservations, and ensuring a fantastic experience for all our furry guests. Beyond customer service, you will gain hands-on experience in our Bathing, Grooming, Daycare, and Boarding departments, learning the ins and outs of pet care from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Assist with booking appointments, check-ins, and answering questions about our services.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.

Pet Care:

Assist in our grooming salon with bathing and prepping pets under the guidance of our groomers.

Support our daycare team in supervising playgroups, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pets.

Help with boarding duties, including feeding, cleaning, and providing loving attention to our boarding guests.

Cross-Department Learning:

Gain valuable experience across all areas of our resort, from customer interactions to hands-on pet care.

Learn the essentials of pet grooming, behavior, and care, with opportunities for growth and specialization.

Qualifications:

Passion for Pets: A love for animals and a desire to work in the pet care industry.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and a positive attitude toward learning new skills.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of tasks.

Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of pet care, including lifting 50 LBS, standing, and bending.
