Our salon offers a warm and welcoming environment where every pet receives individualized care and attention, making their grooming experience stress-free and enjoyable. With a competitive salary of 50% commission plus tips, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your grooming expertise and create beautiful transformations for our clients' pets. Responsibilities: • Consult with pet parents regarding their grooming preferences; • Bathe and perform scissor cuts and shaving services on pets; • Advise pet parents of any potential issues (skin issues, health problems, such as parasites, rashes, wounds, matting) and inform pet parents promptly; • Consult with pet parents on grooming frequency and any issues with their pets; • Maintain a clean work area and assist with cleaning common areas, such as the bathing room. Qualifications: • Two years pet grooming experience, including scissor cuts • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Proficient in basic grooming techniques for different types of dogs • Knowledge of safety protocols and standards when working with animals • Flexible schedule availability • Team player • Valid driver's license • US work authorization Compensation: $60,000
