The Role & Your Impact:
As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations and merchandising of the Petite-Plume.com. Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce & Analytics you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the product launches, merchandising the site, updating content and general ecommerce operations. This is a fully remote position.
Product Catalog + Site Merchandising
- Manage and maintain ecommerce product catalog within Shopify Plus.
- Lead new product launches on the site ensuring products are launched on time and with correct information.
- Manage Item Master list for Ecommerce, documenting product names, product tagging and categories tagging plan.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure product information is accurate and products images are delivered on time.
- Project manage product copy process, ensuring copywriter has all needed details, follow up on timing and manage internal approvals.
- Merchandise site for newness and marketing programs.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the site is continuously being re-merchandised based on performance and business objectives.
- Optimize filters and on-site search functionality.
- Build and manage collection links (creation, add products and sunsetting old links).
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that collections are merchandise, assorted or created to support upcoming campaigns.
- Support Director of Ecommerce with daily/weekly/monthly reporting and monthly executive summary recaps.
Operations
- Update Homepage and site with new imagery (HP Creative, drop down menu images, collection banners, etc).
- Maintain navigation by adding new collections, removing old ones, etc.
- Update information across site (FAQ pages).
- Perform Monthly site audits, checking products, product filters, navigation, links, etc to ensure the site is functioning correctly.
- Create promo codes and manage list w/ T&C's.
- First point of contact of CS customer support issues or technical problems with the site.
- Triage, test and document issues, escalating to the Director of Ecommerce as needed.
What Experience You Need:
- 2-3+ years of Ecommerce experience at a consumer focused e-commerce company or similar experience.
- Experience with Shopify Plus or a similar ecommerce shopping platform.
- Functional understanding of test-and-learn methodologies (A/B testing).
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Comfort operating in a data-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Fashion Retail industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
