COMPANY OVERVIEW: PharmaSource, Inc. (PSI) is a Pharmaceutical Inside Sales organization whose mission is to help improve healthcare by delivering tailored educational messages to health care professionals on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients.
POSITION SUMMARY: If you are an energetic individual looking for an exciting, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to join our team! The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, will, among other things, detail health care professionals through outbound and inbound calls, within an assigned territory. You will contact the office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice to include Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals with the goal of developing relationships with those individuals. Ultimately, your goals are to positively influence the prescription writing of our clients’ medication while providing the best possible customer service, delivering accurate product information, and ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs.
Additionally, you may provide lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment for virtual lunch and learns, as well as assist in recruiting for national meetings and general sales support for select brand representatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DUTIES:
· College Degree preferred or relevant experience
· Experience working in Pharmaceutical Sales preferred
· Ability to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended dosages and usage to Healthcare Professionals by phone
· Advance listening and decision-making skills
· Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
· Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
· Ability to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our caller’s need while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.
· High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
· Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

REMOTE WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
REMOTE WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Employees are required to establish an appropriate remote work environment; the job duties of this position will initially be performed primarily from home. There may be occasions in the future, depending on the employees proximity to the office, where PharmaSource, Inc. may require employees to return to regular, in-office work during business hours, so employees will need to be available to do so if requested.
COMPUTERS/LAPTOPS: Employees are required to utilize their own computers to perform applicable job duties. PharmaSource, Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or repairs to employee-owned equipment. Employees will be provided with company-owned equipment for use when/if they are asked to work in an office environment.
PERFORMANCE AND COMMUNICATION: Employees will be required to maintain an appropriate level of communication and will be subject to regular meetings via various telecommunication devices and methods; familiarity and comfortability in this environment are required.
