    Qualifications:

    • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
    • Licensure: Current state pharmacist license.

      • Proficiency in regulatory compliance (state and federal).
    • Soft Skills:
      • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork.
      • Strong communication for patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dispense medications accurately and review patient profiles for drug interactions.
    • Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff.
    • Manage pharmaceutical inventory and medical supplies efficiently.
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy plans.
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal drug dispensing regulations.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety.
