    Qualifications:
    Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred.
    Licensure: Active Indiana Pharmacist license (required).
    Experience: Prior hospital pharmacy experience (preferred).
    Technical Skills: Expertise in compounding, dispensing, and inventory management; Proficiency in pharmacy audits and regulatory compliance; Familiarity with controlled substance protocols.
    Soft Skills: Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities; Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately dispense prescriptions and prepare medications.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff.
    • Maintain inventory, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with legal/hospital standards.
    • Manage controlled substance documentation and reporting.
    • Review unit dosages and update pharmacy procedure manuals.
    • Serve as acting Chief Pharmacist during absences.
    • Deliver exceptional service to patients and agency partners.
