Job Goals: We are seeking an ideal candidate with prior supervisory experience in a pharmacy for the position of Pharmacist Manager. While previous management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role entails around 70 hours of in-store work per two-week pay period, along with approximately 10 hours of remote work on management responsibilities. The key responsibilities include: • Provide consultation services to patients on the proper use of medications and educate them on potential drug interactions. Administer preventive healthcare measures like immunizations, ensuring oversight of these services. • Supervise the accurate compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications while adhering to regulatory standards and company protocols. • Assist in streamlining pharmacy operations, identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • To be considered for the Pharmacist Manager position in Aurora, CO, US, a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D is required. • The candidate must hold an active pharmacy license in the state of practice, with all licenses held in good standing. • Certification as an Immunizer is necessary for this role. • While 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail pharmacy is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
