    Job Description

    Pharmacist performs a professional service in dispensing medication, diagnosis, and treatment of SALUD patients. The Pharmacist approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. This would include patients in the ambulatory setting as well as the corresponding hospital.

    We offer:

    • ** Starting Wage range is $62.37 to $69.78 per hour**
    • Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5:30 pm

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Education:**

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred

    ** Experience:**

    • Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy preferred

    Licensure:

    • **** Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado

    ******Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

    • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of general medicine
    • Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical treatment of a variety of diseases and injuries
    • Must work well with the other patient care team members
    • Ability to gain the confidence of patients and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with them and with other employees
    • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
    • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
