Pharmacy Clerk * Contract to Hire *
Location: Pine Brook, NJ
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time

 Pay: Based on experience
Overtime: Occasionally required, including some holidays

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Pharmacy Clerk to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You'll be responsible for packing prescription medications and supporting warehouse and shipping operations. This role is physically active and essential to ensuring timely, accurate medication deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Pack prescription medications (manual, semi-automated, and automated methods)

• Prepare and stock packing stations (coolers, ice packs, labels, bags)

• Perform daily box prep and coordinate shipping logistics

• Sort and transport packed orders to shipping, mail, and courier areas

• Create or correct shipping labels as needed

Additional Duties May Include:

• Store medications properly, including refrigerated products

• Monitor and calibrate pharmacy equipment

• Restock dispensing units and update inventory in the system

• Receive and verify inventory shipments

• Conduct cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

•  2+ years of experience in a warehouse, pharmacy, or similar environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Team player with a reliable work ethic
