Essential Duties/Functions Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Process accounts payable invoices, including coding, approvals, and timely payments.
Generate and issue accounts receivable invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
Prepare and process bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor aging reports and collections to minimize outstanding balances.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
Support audits by providing requested financial documentation and reports.
Assist with filing tax forms, preparing financial reports, and managing compliance requirements.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager as needed.
Recommend improvements to processes and systems to increase efficiency.
