    Job Summary: The Shipper will be responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping pharmaceutical products to customers, retail locations, and healthcare providers. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, handling inventory efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery to maintain the pharmacy's operations. The ideal candidate must possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical orders based on customer or client specifications.

    Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and tracked within the system.

    Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet legal and safety regulations, including labeling, packaging, and handling requirements specific to pharmaceutical products.

    Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and shipping vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, tracking numbers, and related documents.

    Quality Assurance: Double-check shipments to confirm accuracy of order contents, labeling, and any necessary documentation before dispatch.

    Warehouse Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring that all products are easily accessible and stored in compliance with pharmacy standards.

    Customer Service: Address any shipping inquiries, resolve issues related to delivery, and work with customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree or certification in pharmacy, logistics, or related field).

    Experience in shipping, warehouse, or pharmacy environments is preferred.

    Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and shipping requirements is a plus.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to handle physical tasks (e.g., lifting boxes, standing for long periods).

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.

    Working Conditions:

    Full-time, Monday through Friday (or as per operational needs).

    Occasional overtime or weekend shifts depending on order volume.

    Fast-paced work environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
