    Key Responsibilities:

    Support the pharmacist in accurately preparing and dispensing medications.

    Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and resolving concerns.

    Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock to ensure medications are always available.

    Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.

    Keep precise patient records and maintain pharmacy documentation.

    Handle insurance claims processing and assist with reimbursement issues.

    Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

    Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

    What You Bring:

    High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is a plus.

    Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.

    At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

    Key Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
