    Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Practice Manager to join our expanding pain medicine and physical therapy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of medical practice organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and facilitating the growth of our practice.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient and effective practice management. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction.

    Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure staff adherence to best practices and organizational goals.

    Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes. Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to optimize revenue and reduce operational costs.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to clinical and administrative policies and procedures.

    Patient Experience: Enhance patient satisfaction by improving service delivery, managing patient feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

    Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategies for practice growth and expansion. Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute initiatives for scaling operations and adding new providers and locations.

    Technology and Systems: Oversee the integration and utilization of practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ensure data accuracy and security while optimizing technology to streamline operations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record in managing medical practices or similar healthcare settings.

    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving organizational objectives.

    In-depth knowledge of medical practice organization, including regulatory compliance, financial management, and patient care standards.

    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in practice management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
