Philly Temps & Perm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to assist their Center City Philadelphia client. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position. The position is an on-site role that takes place Monday through Friday. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
