    Job Description

    PHOENIX HOME CARE IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT (SALES/MARKETING) IN BRANSON, MO!

    The ideal candidate will develop and cultivate effective relationships with new & current Phoenix contacts! This is a key position which is responsible for increasing Medicare and other admissions for our Branson, MO office. In this position you will develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for home care & home health services.

    As the Healthcare Consultant/Marketer you are expected to generate appropriate patient referrals and admissions from referral sources as well as continue to grow the number of referrals and admissions over time by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources. Key referral sources include Physicians, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Hospital Personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources.

    The ideal candidate will actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as The Agency of Choice throughout our local service area. They will represent our company and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner as well as maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Generate appropriate patient referrals/admissions from customers and continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions over time.
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources.
    • Prioritize activities to meet monthly and quarterly growth projections.
    • Meet or exceed all growth and development targets and actively establish and maintain market awareness.
    • Serve as a pivotal liaison between customers and Phoenix Home Care & Hospice staff members.

    • Strong relationships with both local and national business/industry outlets.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
    • Event planning experience.
