PHOENIX, AZ - Well established law firm seeks INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEYS (Senior, Mid-level, Junior): Third-party defense matters, including insurance defense relating to auto, trucking, and premises liability matters, construction defect, product liability cases, and first and third-party insurance coverage. Law degree from top rated regional school.

Senior role: lead and manage complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation. Provide strategic legal advice an counsel to insurance carriers. Mentor and develop junior attorneys. Represent firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals. 10-15 years of experience. Base salary $155-185k (not bonus eligible).

Mid-level role: represent carriers in court, including trials, hearings and depositions. Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements. Supervise junior attorneys (under guidance from senior attorneys). 6-10 years of experience. Base salary $135-155k.

Junior role: Conduct legal research/analysis. Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs. Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
