Job Description

We are looking for one EXPERIENCED HYDRAULIC PUMP OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL for Arizona and one Outside Sales Professional for New Mexico that are open to local travel with some out-of-state traveling.

PAY (SALARY + COMMISSION):

• First year OTE $80,000 - $120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting pumps & pumping systems
• Recommending pump equipment upgrades
• Selecting pumps for particular applications
• Make sales calls to existing clients
• Network and conduct research to find new leads and cold calls to develop new business
• Generate sales reports
• Attend trainings
• Company meetings
• Develop quotes and estimates to meet customer’s needs
• Meet sales goals as determined jointly with management
• Develop technical product and system solutions for customers
• Work with vendor reps and business affiliates for meetings, joint sales calls, and networking

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EXPERIENCE WITH PUMP SALES PREFERRED
• Ability to travel
• Must have experience utilizing a CRM system
• Drug Free and must pass a background check
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
• High school diploma or GED
