Job Description - Lead Specialist
The Lead Specialist plays a vital role in driving the success and growth of their assigned learning centers. This position involves close collaboration with learning centers’ prospective clients and Center Directors to ensure a seamless enrollment process and consistent growth. The Lead Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the initial stages of the enrollment/sales process, including scheduling and confirming first visits/assessments, before transferring responsibilities to the Center Director for assessment completion and final enrollment.
Requirements:
Commitment to a minimum 5-day workweek, ideally Monday-Thursday and Saturday.
Maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week unless prior approval is granted by the Director of Operations.
Maintain an average of 35+ hours per week to remain in good standing with the company.
Responsibilities:
Initiate the enrollment process by contacting prospective clients to schedule assessments and center visits.
Manage assessment reminders to ensure attendance.
Utilize Radius Lead Management tools to track leads through the scheduling and assessment process.
Follow up with center leads for up to 60 days to maximize enrollment opportunities.
Respond to incoming inquiries, assisting with assessment scheduling and answering program FAQs.
Return any missed calls promptly, aiming for within the hour, and never exceeding 24 hours.
Share key insights from initial lead communications with Center Directors to support assessment day preparation.
Confirm the completion of scheduled lead assessments before transferring responsibility for follow-up to the Center Directors.
Contact new leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Aim to schedule initial assessments within 1–2 operating days of contact.
Characteristics:
Capable of independently managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette with a positive, energetic, and conversational tone.
Understand the importance of compensating for the lack of non-verbal cues in phone communication.
Demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness in fulfilling commitments.
Maintain a strong work ethic and accountability to deliver high-quality results.
Adhere to schedules with punctuality and consistency.
