What our Customer Representatives do:
Assist clients primarily over the phone, by email, and through live chat to provide them with the right tools to manage their website and digital presence.
Serve as our Brand Ambassador, helping manage daily the relationship between PhotoBiz and our clients.
Field and troubleshoot technical questions and issues.
Set up & manage customer domains and webmail.
Provide answers to a variety of customer inquiries including SEO, email campaigns, eCommerce, form set-ups, lead generation, and more.
Share design advice, provide website analysis and assist with branding and other services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Web/Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional work experience.
Excellent customer service presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Some marketing, design, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of internet applications, social networks, browsers, and technologies.
