    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and possess the expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve our patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
    - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, objectives, and medical histories.
    - Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education on injury prevention.
    - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery processes to encourage active participation in their rehabilitation process.
    - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
    - Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
    - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
    - Stay current on best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in physical therapy.
    - Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.
    - Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

    Qualifications:

    - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
    - Active and valid state license to practice physical therapy.
    - Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
    - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients and their families.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed.
    - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.
