From assisting with patient care to helping keep the clinic running smoothly, you’ll work closely with our skilled Physical Therapists and team to ensure every patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Support patient care by actively demonstrating exercises, ensuring proper movements, and administering treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist • Engage with patients during rooming, document care notes, and ensure a positive patient experience • Assist in securing and monitoring authorizations for patient treatments • Provide interpretation and translation services between Spanish and English when necessary • Manage equipment and materials inventory to ensure clinic readiness • Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to optimize efficiency and productivity Qualifications: • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English • Prior experience in athletics, coaching, or personal training is advantageous • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must • Ability to effectively interact with individuals of various age groups and professional backgrounds Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
