    We are an expanding outpatient physical therapy company specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, serving the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village communities. With five locations and a mission to help 3,000 Arkansans live pain-free by 2030 we are seeking passionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Implement and modify individualized physical therapy interventions

    Instruct and coach patients through therapeutic exercises and activities

    Accurately document patient progress and maintain treatment records

    Collaborate with Physical Therapists to monitor outcomes and adjust care plans

    Participate in patient assessments and progress reporting

    Stay updated with the latest therapy techniques and clinical practices

    Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient care

    Qualifications:

    Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (Required)

    Active Arkansas PTA license (Required)

    CPR Certification (Preferred)

    Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (but not required – we welcome motivated new graduates!)

    Strong communication, teamwork, and patient interaction skills

    Ability to perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training techniques
