We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Le Sueur, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced PTAs looking for a flexible role. Fees are negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Implementation: Deliver treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
- Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Care Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Department Support: Assist with daily operations of the therapy department, including equipment and supply management.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care programs.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in Minnesota.
- New Graduates: We encourage new graduates to apply!
- Skills: Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a part-time schedule with negotiable compensation based on experience.
