Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Snohomish. As a PTA, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform hands-on therapeutic techniques and manual therapy
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
• Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions

Qualifications

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $32.00- $36.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
