    Pay: 30$ to 35$ .

    PTA. Days. 6 month per diem assignment. As needed.

    Job Summary:

    A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients recover from injuries, regain mobility, and manage pain. PTAs assist in implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring that therapy sessions are safe and effective.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans for patients.

    Guide patients through exercises and therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.

    Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist.

    Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercises and mobility techniques for continued recovery at home.

    Set up therapy equipment and ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.

    Apply therapeutic interventions such as massage, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy, and ultrasound therapy as directed.

    Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising PT.

    Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

    Valid state licensure or certification as required.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

    Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.

    Ability to lift and move patients when necessary.

    Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

    Work Environment:

    Hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and home health settings.

    Regular physical activity, including lifting patients and standing for long periods.

    Collaboration with physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
