    Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The PTA will work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients in improving mobility, and contribute to their overall rehabilitation journey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

    • Instruct and assist patients in performing exercises and activities outlined in their treatment plans

    • Monitor patient progress, document responses to therapy, and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist

    • Ensure the therapy area is clean, organized, and equipped for patient care

    • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and home exercises

    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations

    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

    • Current Colorado PTA license in good standing

    • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

    • Physical stamina to assist patients and perform therapeutic exercises
