Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. If you have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
\- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
\- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
\- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
\- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
\- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs
\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
\- Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
\- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
\- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
\- Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
\- Familiarity with geriatrics is a plus
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
