    Position Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, focusing on the assessment, treatment, and prevention of physical disabilities and pain. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote overall wellness.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
    • Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent further injury.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
    • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
    • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in physical therapy practice.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
    • Licensure: Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
    • Certification: Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, sports, geriatrics) is preferred.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
    • Skills: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
