Physical Therapist Clinic Director (PT)

Our growing outpatient physical therapy provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our expanding team in Newark, DE! This role offers the opportunity to work across two locations, with one designated home office, providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The new PT will be involved in both an acquired clinic and a brand-new clinic opening from scratch. The acquired clinic comes with an existing patient base and credentialing already in place, while the new clinic is set to open within the next 10 days with a quick credentialing process.

The ideal candidate must be willing to float between both locations as needed, though they will primarily be based in one clinic. The two locations are only 6 miles apart.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus: 10% productivity-based bonus tied to clinic growth
• Health & Dental Insurance: 100% employer-covered for the employee, 50% for a spouse
• 401(k) Plan: 4% employer match

Qualifications

• Active and clear Delaware PT license
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Outpatient experience is a plus
• Experience with pelvic health therapy is a plus
• Comfortable treating adults to geriatric patients
• Background in balance, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular therapy

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday – Friday, full-time (8 AM – 5 PM, flexible)
• Saturday option available in exchange for a reduced weekday schedule
• One-on-one patient care model with 40-minute appointment blocks
• 100% outpatient setting
• EMR system: Prompt
