As our next physical therapist, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized health and fitness programs for patients as well as giving them physical therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Responsibilities: • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments • Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines Qualifications: • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired Compensation: $85,000
