We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform a one-time evaluation for a client in Powder Springs, GA. This is an independent contract opportunity with a flat-rate payment of $125 for the evaluation.

Requirements:

Active Georgia Physical Therapy License

Experience conducting evaluations and developing care plans

Strong communication and documentation skills
