We recently expanded to five locations, including a brand-new Gym and Golf Performance Studio in Hot Springs Village — featuring two TrackMan Golf Simulators, a Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft state-of-the-art wellness gym. One-on-one clinical mentorship with experienced outpatient therapists

Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and progress evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Incorporate golf-specific rehab, strength training, and motion analysis tools (optional interest)
Accurately document patient progress and modify plans as needed
Participate in collaborative team meetings and continuous learning initiatives
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree (Required)
Eligible for Arkansas State PT Licensure (License must be active at time of hire)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
