We are looking for motivated, compassionate new graduates who are ready to make an impact and sharpen their clinical skills in a supportive outpatient orthopedic setting.

We recently expanded to five locations, including a brand-new Gym and Golf Performance Studio in Hot Springs Village — featuring two TrackMan Golf Simulators, a Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft state-of-the-art wellness gym. This unique setup offers new Physical Therapists an exciting opportunity to integrate cutting-edge technology, sports performance, and wellness into their treatment plans.

If you’re passionate about patient care, sports rehab, or wellness programs — and eager to continue learning after graduation — we’d love to hear from you!

One-on-one clinical mentorship with experienced outpatient therapists

Immediate hands-on experience using TrackMan, Gears 3D, and functional fitness equipment

Professional development opportunities beyond basic CEUs

Realistic productivity expectations to focus on quality care, not numbers

A fun, friendly, and community-centered culture rooted in teamwork and patient success

    Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement and progress evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Incorporate golf-specific rehab, strength training, and motion analysis tools (optional interest)
