A growing organization in New Jersey is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Tinton Falls area. This position involves performing outpatient therapy within home-based settings, with all services billed as Medicare Part B. Candidates must be available to provide a minimum of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week. For those applying for PRN (Per Diem), ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care is required, with regular availability for at least 3 weekdays.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
• Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
