About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients' homes. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a positive impact on the geriatric population in the Oakhurst, NJ area.

• Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week

• Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week

• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary therapy team

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing

• Eligible for NJ Physical Therapy licensure

• Minimum 12 direct patient care hours per week required
