Brightstar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is actively seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our team in Frisco & Carrollton who specializes in pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy.

Requirements:
Degree from accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current professional TX licensure as a Physical Therapist
1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist, home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs according to the principles of physical therapy
Educate patients in a 1:1 treatment setting in their home
Maintain patient records according to joint commission standards
Report to the Director of Nursing to coordinate appropriate patient care
Attend appointments on time and manage a flexible, part-time schedule
-Manage your own team of PTAs as we grow
Job Type: PRN, W-2 employee
Salary: $70/visit.
