Job Responsibilities

• Clinicians are able to set their own schedules and routes.
• Covering Pinellas and Southern Pasco. Areas can be coordinated with other Full Time PTs to limit drive time.
• Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluation, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services, and educational and training activities.
• Submits clinical notes, submits progress notes, and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated.

Job Requirements

• Physical Therapist in The State of Florida
• 1 Year of Institutional or Home Health Experience
