We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! Part and full-time available.

Prescott Therapies is a locally owned and operated practice specializing in adults with developmental disabilities and delivering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Skilled Nursing services to the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement physical therapy plans of care in group home and home health settings

Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

Supervise PTA provision of care

Collaborate with team members and client organizations to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to build rapport with a varied case mix

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
