    Position Overview: This is a full-time position that only requires 23-27 total evaluations/treatments per week. Productivity is important but not at the cost of your sanity. We are a hybrid brick and mortar and mobile practice that covers the greater Pensacola area.

    We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to kickstart their career with a paid 6-month residency program. This program is designed for those who are eager to deepen their expertise and take their practice to the next level. Candidates must be willing to commit to the residency period to qualify for this exceptional opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    You need your own transportation and must be willing to drive to/from patient homes/gyms.

    Evaluations are 75 minutes and treatments are 60 minutes each.

    Assist with payment collection, documentation, scheduling, marketing, and some administration.

    You must have strong manual skills (MTC or OCS are strongly recommended but not required).

    Have good insight in treating chronic pain conditions.

    You will have control of your schedule, but must be flexible with days and times of work.

    Participate in weekly meetings to discuss cases and growth opportunities.

    Communicate regularly with clients, admins, leadership, and community.

    To start, you can expect a full caseload between 23-27 visits per week.

    Qualifications:

    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

    Active state license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

    Strong passion for helping clients overcome challenges related to their physical health.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Commitment to the full 6-month residency program.

    Commitment to Renew PT after the residency as full-time employee.

    We are looking for a new grad or a DPT who has been in practice for <2 years.
