KidTherapy is searching for a licensed physical therapist interested in joining a team of compassionate healthcare professionals. We are searching for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. You will work with children and teenagers with a variety of diagnoses - neurological, developmental, and orthopedic. We have opportunities for therapists wanting to work only a few hours per week to supplement another position as well as for therapists wanting a full-time position. Responsibilities: • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals • Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor Qualifications: • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Current state licensure in the state you practice • This position requires passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
