Physical Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in West Caldwell, NJ. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Productivity Bonuses: Based on clinical and non-clinical performance metrics (details to be discussed with the clinic owner)

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday (with flexible scheduling options)
• Work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and neurological conditions
• Treat patients across a broad age range, from adults to geriatrics
• Lead clinic growth through local advertising, marketing, and community outreach
• Serve as the primary provider, offering 100% one-on-one patient care in 40-minute sessions
• Clinical independence: Must be comfortable working as the sole provider at times
• No responsibility for insurance billing, verifications, or claims management
• Use WebPT Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License required
