Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Experience

• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient therapy.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedics, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes and home community care strategies.
• Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
