About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques
