    ** Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Physical Therapist for a pelvic health and wellness PT clinic whose mission is to empower women and transform lives through exceptional care.**

    About the Job

    The Physical Therapist will play a crucial part in helping women regain their health and well-being by providing specialized physical therapy services for a range of pelvic floor-related issues, including but not limited to pelvic floor dysfunction, painful intercourse, low back pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, and more.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of women's health conditions, including pelvic floor evaluations, to determine the underlying issues and develop personalized treatment plans.

    • Physical Therapy : Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on improving pelvic health and overall well-being.

    • Education : Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

    • Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

    • Collaboration : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

    • Research and Stay Informed : Stay updated on the latest advancements in women's health physical therapy through continued education and research, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

    • Compassionate Care : Provide emotional support and a safe, welcoming environment for patients, recognizing the sensitive nature of women's health issues.

    Qualifications :

    • Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

    • State licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina

    • Specialized training or certification in women's health physical therapy is highly desirable

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
