As our next physical therapist, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized health and fitness programs for patients as well as giving them physical therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Responsibilities: • Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues Qualifications: • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Must have Washington State License to practice Physical Therapy Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 annually
