Responsibilities: • Supervise and Mentor PTAs : Provide guidance, support, and oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans. • Collaborative Care : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation programs. • Patient Evaluation and Treatment : Conduct thorough assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes. • Leadership and Education : Lead by example in providing clinical education, ensuring PTAs are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. • Ongoing Professional Development : Participate in continuous learning opportunities, attend team meetings, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice through leadership and innovative care practices. Qualifications: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree : Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. • Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License : Current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington. • Experience in Patient Care : Previous clinical experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and treatment planning. • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices : Proficient in applying the latest research and evidence-based treatment techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare team members and supervise PTAs. Compensation: $55 - $60 hourly
