Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Shift Schedule: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 16:00)

Location:Seaside, OR 97138

PAY RATE: 45$-50$

Key Responsibilities: Patient Evaluation:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the nature of physical impairments, pain, or movement dysfunction. Perform diagnostic tests, measurements, and observations to establish baseline data. Treatment Planning:

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals. Set measurable, functional goals in collaboration with patients and their families. Therapeutic Interventions:

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Educate patients on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention techniques. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure cohesive care. Document patient progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory guidelines. Quality Improvement:

Stay current on best practices through continuing education, workshops, and professional development. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the enhancement of clinic protocols and patient care standards.
