About the Role:

Join RAINE Physical Therapy as a Per Diem Physical Therapist, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives in a supportive environment. We are looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to provide exceptional care. Office/facility sessions are one-on-one in a private room for 45-60 minutes. RAINE Physical Therapy also offers in home physical therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Requirements:

Valid New York State Physical Therapy License.

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying patient needs.

CPR certification and knowledge of current rehabilitation practices.
