    Job Summary

    Exciting opportunity to join community-based, physical therapist owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic in Playa Vista. Currently looking for the right individual to move forward with as we continue to grow in our wonderful space in the lovely Playa Vista community. We will continue to offer the highest quality care that we have been known for since opening in 2004. We offer a dynamic but relaxed working atmosphere emphasizing personalized care for each patient. We treat patients one-on-one each visit for 45 minutes, allowing us to utilize all our skills and optimize outcomes with our diverse orthopedic patient population. Currently looking for a full time PT ready to work 30-40 hours per week. Ideal start date is December 2023 but we have some flexibility for the right applicant.     Responsibilities

    Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs

    Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient

    Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals

    Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care

    Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress

    Qualifications

    Must hold the required state license for Physical Therapy

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organizational skills

    Good attention to detail

    The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
